Biography

Adwoa Sarpong Osei is a Legal Practitioner and an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Professional Studies, Accra. She is a Senior Associate and Head of Corporate Services at Zoe Lexfields, a Corporate and Financial law firm situated in East Legon, Accra.

After her call to the Bar in 2012, she did her pupillage at the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General’s Department in Kumasi before leaving to the United Kingdom to pursue her Master’s Degree. Whilst there, she worked as an Immigration Lawyer with Supreme Solicitors, London.

Adwoa was born in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana and completed her secondary school education at Aburi Girls Senior High School. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Qualifying Certificate in Law (BL) from the Ghana School of Law, Accra and an LLM in International Commercial Law from Brunel University, London. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and The Law and Society Association.

Adwoa has special interest in corporate, financial and investment law.
