Collins Agyemang is professionally an Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychologist and Organizational Consultant based in Ghana. He is an Executive Board Member and the National Secretary for Ghana Psychological Association (GPA). He holds Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, an MPhil in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Doctoral Degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana. By dint of hard work in his academic endeavour, he was contracted and engaged as a research and Teaching Assistant after his MPhil Degree. Collins availed himself to tapping experiences from seasoned academic staff.  He has been groomed in the field of consultancy as he worked as an aide to some senior consultants in Industrial and Organizational Psychology Consult. He has demonstrable knowledge in statistical tool applications. His love and mastery over research was an influential factor for his appointment at the as a Teaching and Research Assistant years ago (University of Ghana, Department of Psychology). He also possesses enormous experience in the development and implementation of technical HR practices.

He has attended and presented papers in several conferences in Africa and Europe. He is currently researching on the training, recruitment and adjustment patterns of retired military personnel into the civilian workforce. He loves research and takes interest in empowering students to think outside the box in a creative manner.

Prior to joining academia, he was managing his own private businesses and concurrently served as a General Manager for Nayak Holiday Services Limited, in Accra, for many years where he took several initiatives to transform the companies standing. His ability to manage the diverse groups of people has been particularly noteworthy. One thing he loves doing is to make all people around him happy.
