Background

Mr. Winston Asiedu Inkumsah is an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Marketing under the Faculty of Management Studies of the University of Professional Studies, Accra. His main strengths are adaptability, dependability and determination to get work done as proven by his varied work experience in Communications, Business Development, Estate Development, and Insurance industries for the past decade and beyond.

Mr. Inkumsah’s teaching and research areas focus on Strategic Brand Management, Customer Experience within today’s technologically competitive business environment and technology driven brand strategy.  He has researched in the area of customer service, customer retention and service quality within the hospitality, banking and healthcare sectors, which can be found in international journals of repute.
