Biography

Yussif Mohammed Hardi has a wealth of experience in both industry and the academia. He is currently a doctoral researcher at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) where he is offering his PhD in Marketing. He joined the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) in August 2015 as a part-time lecturer and was made a full-time lecturer in November 2016 at the Department of Marketing. He currently teaches courses at both the degree and professional level (Chartered Institute of Marketing CIM – UK).

Prior to joining UPSA, he was the Regional Manager for Millicom Ghana Limited – tiGO now Airtel-tiGO in charge of sales, customers activations and dealer management from May 2006 to June 2014 for both the Upper West and Brong Ahafo Regions. Before joining tiGO, he was the Assistant Marketing Manager at Japan Motors Trading Company Limited in charge of Corporate Sales and Tenders. In the academic field, he has taught various courses in the professional, undergraduate and graduate levels. He has also supervised students’ research at the undergraduate level at UPSA and the University for Development Studies (UDS). Mr. Yussif is married with Four (4) children.
